Who We Are
Trinity’s – Named after head chef Trinh, is a family-owned business specializing in providing Aussies with authentic, traditional and affordable  Vietnamese cuisines such as Bánh mì rolls, Phở Beef Noodle Soup, summer rolls (Gỏi cuốn) and Vermicelli noodles (Bún thịt nướng).

Starting with a small food truck on the streets of Western Sydney in the summer of 2015,  A restaurant was soon established 4 years later in a small town called Toukley on the Central Coast of NSW. This was to compliment the truck and provide a permanent location for our valued customers.

With a menu to suit an array of appetites, our services are perfect for corporate functions, weddings, birthday parties, and events. Our Summer rolls and vermicelli noodle salads are gluten-free, our chicken is halal and we have a wide range of vegetarian/vegan options.
